Regular Board Meeting Dates for 2016 & February Regular Meeting

The Lordstown Local Board of Education at its January organizational meeting on January 11, 2016, set its regular meeting date for the fourth Monday of the month with the work session beginning at 6:00 PM, and the regular meeting immediately following in the High School Media Center.

Therefore, the February regular meeting will be held on February 22, 2016 at 6:00 PM.

Special Board Meeting Notice

The Lordstown Local Board of Education will hold a special meeting on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at 8:30 AM in the Board Conference Room beside the High School Library for the purpose of considering an Amended and Restated Tax Incentive Agreement for the new Energy Center. Action on the Agreement will be taken and any other business that may come before the Board will be considered.

2016 Board of Education Organizational & Regular Meeting

The organizational and regular meeting of the Board of Education will be on Monday, January 11, 2016 @ 6:00 P.M. 

December Regular Meeting Date & Time

The Lordstown Local Board of Education has changed its meeting date and time for the December 2015 Board Meeting.

The Work session will begin at 4:30 PM on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 with the regular meeting immediately following in the High School Media Center.

 

Additionally, Lordstown Local Schools Fiscal Year 2015 GAAP Financial Reports are now available for review in the Treasurer's Office.

As many of you are aware, the Opioid Epidemic that the nation is experiencing has left no community untouched and Ohio has felt a tremendous impact through the loss of lives of both the old and young. We want to ensure that our community has sufficient knowledge regarding the change in drug use patterns and understanding the chronic progressive disease of addiction.

The Trumbull County Educational Service Center, in collaboration with Niles McKinley High School, and all Trumbull County School Districts, would like to extend an invite to all parents, and community members to attend a Community Forum!
